Information we collect
YardNex may collect information that you provide directly when you sign up, sign in, create a business profile, contact support, submit a booking request, publish content, or manage your subscription. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, business category, profile details, uploaded media, social links, service details, digital product details, and support messages.
When visitors browse public business pages, YardNex may collect technical and usage information such as page views, engagement actions, browser type, device information, approximate usage context, timestamps, and basic request details needed to operate the site, improve stability, and understand how the platform is being used.
If you submit a booking request or other contact form through a public business page, YardNex may collect the information entered into that form, including your name, email address, phone number, preferred date or time, requested service, and any message you choose to provide.
How YardNex uses information
YardNex uses collected information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, publish business profiles, process booking requests, display public content, provide Local AI and related guidance features, respond to support needs, and maintain account and business records.
Information may also be used to operate business dashboards, show analytics summaries, help businesses understand customer interest, monitor service reliability, detect abuse or suspicious behavior, troubleshoot errors, and improve product quality over time.
Where optional analytics are enabled, YardNex may use visitor interactions and business engagement data to understand what pages and actions are most useful. Optional analytics behavior is described further in the Cookie Policy.
Business profile and public content handling
Business owners are responsible for the information they publish through YardNex, including profile descriptions, contact details, services, posts, media, digital product information, and customer-facing business claims.
Content published through YardNex may be visible to the public, to signed-in users, or to platform administrators depending on the feature being used. Businesses should not publish confidential, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized personal information through public business pages.
YardNex may review public content, reports, and operational signals to protect platform trust, customer safety, and service quality.
How information may be shared
YardNex does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers and infrastructure partners that help operate the platform, such as hosting, database, media storage, authentication, notification, analytics, and payment-support providers, but only to the extent reasonably necessary to run the service.
Information may also be shared when required by law, to respond to legal requests, to protect the rights or safety of YardNex, its users, or the public, or when needed to investigate abuse, fraud, platform misuse, or security issues.
If you interact with a business through a public YardNex page, information you submit to that business, such as a booking request or inquiry, may be made available to that business so it can respond to you.
Storage, security, and retention
YardNex uses platform infrastructure, access controls, and operational safeguards intended to protect account data, business records, and stored content. No online platform can guarantee absolute security, but YardNex aims to limit access to authorized personnel and necessary systems only.
New business accounts receive a 30-day full Pro trial. If a business remains inactive for 30 days after trial expiry or paid-plan expiry, YardNex may permanently remove the business account, uploaded media, and related active platform records in line with current product behavior.
Some logs, operational records, support history, and billing or verification records may be retained for security, troubleshooting, audit, compliance, fraud prevention, and internal operational review for as long as reasonably needed.
Your choices and rights
You may update certain account and business information from your dashboard. You can also contact YardNex if you need help correcting account details, understanding stored information, or requesting assistance with account access.
Browser-level choices for cookies, push notifications, saved site data, and installed PWA behavior can be managed from your device or browser settings. Clearing local data may remove locally stored preferences or signed-in sessions from that device.
If you believe information on the platform is inaccurate, unauthorized, or being used improperly, contact YardNex so the issue can be reviewed.
Contact and policy updates
Questions about privacy or data handling can be directed to customer.yardnexofficial@outlook.com or maxwelldeftech@gmail.com until a dedicated legal or privacy contact is published.
YardNex may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as features, payment handling, analytics behavior, or operational practices change. The latest version published on this page will govern current use unless a different notice is required.
