Platform access
Users must provide reasonably accurate information when creating an account, business profile, booking request, support message, or other submission through YardNex.
You may not use YardNex in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, threatening, infringing, harmful to other users, harmful to businesses, or harmful to platform security or trust.
Administrative, support, moderator, and CEO-only areas are restricted to authorized personnel. Attempting to bypass access controls or misuse internal features is prohibited.
Business content
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, media, claims, contact details, and public content published on the platform.
Businesses must have the right to publish any text, images, logos, documents, links, digital products, or other materials they upload or display through YardNex.
YardNex may remove, restrict, hide, or review content that is misleading, abusive, illegal, infringing, harmful to user safety, harmful to platform trust, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended use of the service.
Customer interactions and business responsibility
Businesses are responsible for how they respond to leads, booking requests, customer messages, and customer-facing offers published through their YardNex profile.
YardNex provides platform tools for discovery, messaging, requests, digital presentation, and other business workflows, but YardNex is not a party to any private agreement, booking, sale, or off-platform arrangement between a customer and a business unless clearly stated otherwise.
Customers should independently review business information before making decisions, and businesses should ensure that their public claims, pricing, service descriptions, and delivery terms are accurate.
Subscriptions, payments, and plan access
New business accounts begin with a 30-day full Pro trial unless YardNex states otherwise. After trial expiry, paid feature access ends unless a user manually activates a paid plan.
YardNex subscriptions are currently not auto-renewing. Users must manually initiate each paid subscription or renewal, and plan access is activated only after the applicable payment has been manually reviewed and verified by YardNex.
All plan purchases are currently non-refundable. Paid features may be suspended, downgraded, or removed when a subscription expires, remains unverified, or is otherwise not active.
Account suspension, removal, and retention
YardNex may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, listings, or content where there is suspected abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, repeated policy violations, impersonation, harmful conduct, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.
If a business remains inactive for 30 days after trial expiry or paid-plan expiry, YardNex may permanently remove the business account, profile, uploaded media, and related platform records from active systems.
YardNex may keep limited records needed for operational, legal, billing, support, fraud-prevention, or security reasons even if an account or business profile is no longer publicly active.
Availability, liability, and updates
YardNex may change, suspend, improve, remove, or replace features, pricing, workflows, visual content, or operational rules at any time as the product evolves.
While YardNex aims to provide a stable and useful service, the platform is provided on an as-available basis and may experience outages, delays, bugs, verification wait times, content issues, or temporary service limitations.
YardNex may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms unless a different notice is required.
